Sola is a café located in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia, with an Italian feel.

We had a mission to develop a visual identity that would reflect the fancy and warm atmosphere of the café.

The whole design was inspired by 50s Europe, with a special emphasis on Italian culture and cuisine. The color palette, particularly the vintage blue and maroon, and the photo style reflected the 50s retro mood. For the logo, we used a playful font, with the letter "S" resembling a spaghetto - a piece of spaghetti. We created a brand element that resembled a sparkle to convey the fancy mood of the identity and which was later used in creating design patterns. Additionally the wall design we created added on the fancy Italian feel of the identity. The whole visual identity was about the classics, yet something that is at once welcoming and inviting.
