Pappa Design Studio is looking for a Product Designer to take the leading role in building a digital island called Kruzo.

It is called Kruzo - Digital Island. On Kruzo - Digital Island, designers do their favorite work from anywhere in the world with companies they love. They make new friends, have fun, develop professionally, then create their own design teams, train a new generation of professionals, and so on. On the other side, tech companies get matched with outstanding designers within 24 hours.

The ideal candidate should be motivated, detail-oriented, responsible with good time management skills,
and eager to learn new things and grow professionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design user-friendly and efficient software products;
- Be pedantic and deliver pixel-perfect design solutions
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Conduct usability testing.
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability);
- Interpret data and qualitative feedback
- Analyze, optimize, and simplify workflows
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in the field.
- Experience designing a modern SaaS or enterprise platform or one comparable
- Proficiency with various design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD (basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a BIG plus).
- A passion for solving design problems
- Detail-oriented, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solver and customer-centered

CREATIVE COPYWRITER
Pappa Design Studio is looking for an experienced copywriter, who has familiarity with the creative field to join our team. Your words will inform and engage target audiences.

- Develop and process creative ideas and concepts
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
- Execute campaigns according to business needs
- Actively work with leadership to develop content that aligns with specific goals
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
- Follow an calendar, collaborating with other members of the team to ensure timely delivery of materials
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a copywriter, content marketer, or related role
- A great writer with a creative eye and the ability to creatively communicate ideas
- Excellent knowledge of English and Armenia languages is a must
- Ability to operate independently and show initiative
- Strong research skills
- Creativity and willingness to experiment
- Attention to details — seriously!
